Lone Cypress Vizsla Club of the Monterey Peninsula, Inc. ANNUAL CLUB MEETING & ELECTION OF OFFICERS Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 12:00PM Potluck Lunch at the Elkhorn Yacht Club at 2370 Highway One, Moss Landing, CA (on the water northwest of the Power Plant) Parking: Use either side of the Club, the parking lot is limited and requires a member tag. There is no shade, so if you are bringing your dogs be advised that there is usually a good breeze. Dogs are not permitted in the Club building. In case of inclement weather, we will be having the potluck and meeting inside. Many dogs live on the property and there are loose dogs that belong to members who live on their boats. Potluck: Let us know what favorite dish (salad, main dish, or dessert) you are bringing to share when you RSVP. Cash Bar: There will be a cash bar available (beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas). If you bring your own wine, it must be turned in to the bar and there is a $10 corkage fee applicable to each bottle. LCVC will provide: plates, napkins, plastic cutlery, plastic cups SPECIAL NOTE: For those who bring dogs and wish to run them off-leash, the beach in front of Phil’s is the only beach for this activity. Other beaches have protected species on then and the fine for having loose dogs in protected areas is a big one. Please RSVP to Penny Jones (sylvanoaks@sbcglobal.net) and be sure to include the dish you are planning to bring.
